Oh my mistake, I can see what you mean now. For *slow* speeds, it's just
animation and not inertia. But for *fast* speeds, there is indeed inertia.
Yeah we should fix this. Prooooooobably what's going on here is that we're
using the standard QtQuick scrollview without adding our WheelHandler object
into it to fix the scroll behaviors.
