Working without ü
SUMMARY
I use Tellico for our Museum's books and when I use a filter to search in <Any
Field>, strings with ü will fail to find a book's title
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a book with the title "Wichtelküche"
2. Search for "wichtelk" - it will show
3. Search for "wichtelkü" - it won't show
