In the 23.04 version, Spectacle grew its own screen recording feature in the
app itself when run on Wayland.
On X11, this feature unfortunately isn't available. The fact that on X11,
Spectacle no longer advertises 3rd-party screen recording apps is intentional.
We were trying to declutter the GUI.
