SUMMARY
KDE doesn't remember the preferred resolution per display, but seems to
remember one value for all external displays.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect 1440p monitor via HDMI. Make sure the resolution is set to 1440p.
2. Disconnect 1440p monitor.
3. Connect 1080p monitor via HDMI. Make sure the resolution is set to 1080p
4. Disconnect 1080p monitor
5. Connect 1440p monitor

OBSERVED RESULT
The 1440p monitor uses a resolution of 1080p. You have to manually set the
resolution to 1440p.

EXPECTED RESULT
The 1440p monitor uses a resolution of 1440p automatically

I'm not using the laptop's internal display when connecting to an external
