SUMMARY
Once the size of the colour selector dock is set, it goes back to it's default
size when the program is restarted

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. I set the size of the colour selector dock using the bottom edge of the
window
2. I'm saving a new workspace
3. I close the program and restart it
OBSERVED RESULT
The colour selector dock goes back to it's default size
EXPECTED RESULT
The colour selector dock stays the same size after restarting the program
