This issue still happens.
Since Mintra's report is a bit old now, here's the report I reproduced on my
end.
SUMMARY
I cannot install fcitx5-frontend-qt5 because of unmet dependency.
The same issue happened before (See ADDITIONAL INFORMATION) and I guess package
rebuild is required.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run `sudo apt install fcitx5-frontend-qt5`
OBSERVED RESULT
