This produces a jarring effect. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Activate floating panel on top panel 2. open a window on one virtual desktop 3. switch between virtual desktops OBSERVED RESULT A bright "halo" around the outer parts of the top panel becomes visible, de-floating slightly ahead of the normally visible part of the panel. EXPECTED RESULT Visible parts and non-visible parts of the panel float and de-float in lock-step, providing a uniform and consistent appearance. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Operating System: Fedora Linux 38 KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.4 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.104.0 Qt Version: 5.15.9 Kernel Version: 6.2.11-300.fc38.x86_64 (64-bit) Graphics Platform: Wayland ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Couldn't figure out screencasting on wayland w/o OBS, I don't have the disk space for OBS.
