STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Plug in 4k Tv into the laptop
2. make sure Nvidia is working etc
3. Start a Wayland session
OBSERVED RESULT
The TV only displays in 30hz despite the KDE display manager showing that it's
supposed to be running at 60hz. X11 Session works without issue at 4k60hz.
EXPECTED RESULT
I expect to get 60hz when the system tells me it's running at 60Hz
