STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Creating two rows of virtual desktops
2. Using Desktop Grid effect
OBSERVED RESULT
The animation is extremely slow of this effect in particular. Observer works
fine albeit slightly slow as well, but nowhere close to as laggy as Grid
EXPECTED RESULT
Before I installed Linux I had used Ubuntu 22.04 and used the feature there and
it was extremely fast then.
