Hi Nate,

Sure, I can clarify.

The Window List widget is somewhat hover active now, but  only in the 
sense that when you hover your mouse pointer over it, it lights up and 
displays:

"Window List" and "Show open windows in a menu"

This is very functional and my preferred task manager.

But, I could see a small tweak to it where when you hover the mouse 
pointer over it, it pops up with a menu of the list of actual windows 
that are open, instead of having to click on it first.

For example right now I have two Firefox windows open, the Thunderbird 
app, and the Thunderbird write function all which show up in a detailed 
description when I click on the Window List. What I am proposing is just 
to have that list appear when you hover the mouse on it.
