This is this issue https://invent.kde.org/network/neochat/-/issues/96 in
action. It's caused by the delegates dynamically loading in as you scroll. The
QML listView doesn't know the true size of the item until fully loaded so as
item are loaded/unloaded as you scroll this causes the scroll bar handle to
expand/contract based upon the current total size of items loaded.
