SUMMARY
kwin_wayland will crash reliably after these steps:
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Switch to external screen
2. Wait for dpms to turn off screens.
OBSERVED RESULT
kwin_wayland crashes.
EXPECTED RESULT
Not crashing.

Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora 37
