Taskbar flickering. Kazam does not capture this.
SUMMARY
KWin does not crash in my case so I do not think backtraces are needed here.
I am not sure I selected right category to file a bug.
Sometimes it is Chrome window, sometimes it is taskbar, sometimes it is Android
Studio, but windows freeze. Everything works, I can click and type but window
contents are not refreshed or refreshed partially. When I see the same issue
applied to taskbar sometimes I see icons flickering.
I did not see this bug on my other PC and I failed to record this with Kazam so
it is possible that it is graphics driver bug. In this case I need you to
confirm this.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use your computer as usual.
OBSERVED RESULT
Dometimes windows freeze and only relaunch helps.
EXPECTED RESULT
Windows do not freeze.
