Flashing of the contents of GTK modal dialogs (e.g. messageboxes, opensave
dialogs., parameters dialogs etc) if 'breeze' window decoration is enabled.
Only the window background around widgets seems to flash. The flickering does
not always occur, but about a third of the time when windows are open.
If the 'oxygen' decoration is enabled, the flickering stops. Flickering in
'breeze' does not occur if the compositor is turned off. Only GTK modal dialogs
flash.
