I have the same issue when using Wayland.
Kubuntu 22.10
KDE Plasma 5.27.3
KDE Frameworks version: 5.104.0
QT version: 5.15.6
Global theme: Adapta
Global scale: 100% (first monitor), and 150% (second monitor)
CPU: Intel® Core™ i5-4200M CPU
iGPU: Mesa Intel® HD Graphics 4600
Kernel version: 6.2.6-1-liquorix-amd64 (64-bit)
The issue happens randomly with applications like: Konsole, VSCodium, Discover,
and Joplin.
I have also noticed that the buttons of the window are invisible, but can be
clicked to minimize, maximize, and close the window.
