I don't know if Breeze applied those settings to QT in the past. But back then,
it was possible to choose the GTK application style and set something other
than breeze. Don't remember if the arrows were applied from another theme
either.

I'm not familiar with other linux DEs so don't know how to configure that sort
of thing either.
