I waited about 7 days, did my update, and it worked fine. Another week later... (yesterday) I installed my updates, and this bug was reintroduced again (that is twice now since 5.27). I lost one monitor (as soon as I log into KDE... it works fine until then), the I get the infinite loop: "A new output has been removed. Settings have been reloaded" (wait 2 seconds, then) "A new output has been added. Settings have been reloaded."
