bar_is_for_wrong_process

SUMMARY
If I have many processes spawning and closing, the system monitor at times will
put the resource usage bars under the wrong process. See attached screenshot
where the bars for "qemu" and "xorg" are swapped with each other.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch system monitor.
2. Launch some process that would consume a large amount of resources.
3. Start opening and closing apps while keeping an eye on the processes page in
the system monitor.

OBSERVED RESULT
At random times, will swap the usage bars for some applications that have
nothing in common.

EXPECTED RESULT
Should show the bars correctly.
