Since the addition of new features, new localization for Lithuanian hasn't
appeared yet. It also seems that, over the course of a few updates (if I recall
correctly, 5.24), slowly some parts of the DE had its localization broken in
Lithuanian.

Specifically:

Compositor tab of KDE System Settings.
Display Configuration in System Settings.
Desktop Effects
Screen Edges
Touchscreen gestures
Virtual desktops
Right clicking on the desktop shows an unlocalized "undo" button in the drop
down menu. In my case, it is "Undo: link"
Window Decorations

On Dolphin, the "Search" buttons on the left side of the screen do not have
localized "Images" and "Audio"
When right clicking on a folder/file, the default application to open this file
in question has the unlocalized button "Change...".
Unlocalized "Open Folder With" on right click on Dolphin.
There are a few other unlocalized parts of Dolphin as well.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install KDE 5.27.0
2. Look around the previously mentioned areas.

OBSERVED RESULT
Unlocalized, English text

EXPECTED RESULT
Localized, Lithuanian text

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS

Linux/KDE Plasma: Debian 5.27.0
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.26.90 (KWin version)
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.103.0
Qt Version: 5.15.8

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Happens on other distributions. Some localization seems to have fixed itself,
but generally, over the past few updates, more and more parts of the desktop
lost localization.
