Dolphin was removed from system after an update. Some pkg was downgraded, can't
remember which one exactly, but I think it had to do something with libpoppler
since I tried reinstalling it and got this error:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
libpoppler126 : Depends: libjpeg-turbo8 (>= 1:2.1.5) but
2.1.5-2+22.04+jammy+stable+build20 will be installed
