SUMMARY
If you click on an event and scroll through the pop-up that opens, it becomes
impossible to select any text as the movement is treated as scrolling.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click on an event
2. Scroll in the popup with the mouse wheel
3. Try to select text
OBSERVED RESULT
The text is not selected, but the movement is treated as scrolling.
EXPECTED RESULT
The text is selected.

Linux: KDE neon

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Kalendar behaves as expected if you do not scroll after opening the popup.
