That's a different story: the Russian translation of kdiff3 was not complete in
1.9.5 (kdiff3.po, which contains the strings shown in the screenshot) had 445
translated messages, 106 fuzzy translations, 40 untranslated messages; other po
files used were not complete as well.
All in all, I don't see compelling reasons for keeping this bug open: there may
be cases where some translated strings are not used, but those are rare and
specific bugs and they are tracked one by one when they happen. Of course
strings may not be translated at all, even though we ship all the translations
(in that case, the solution is find volunteer to complete the translation).
I'm thus going to close this.
