When I copy/move files and folders to the same location that Dolphin is
currently copying/moving to, Dolphin copy/move the files and folders to the
same location instead of adding the same requested task to a queue, and if by
mistake I copied/moved the same files/folders that Dolphin is currently
copying/moving, it will lead to a lot of trouble that could be avoided if the
task is queued.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Copy/Move files and folders from a source location to a target location.
2. Copy/Move another (or the same) files and folders from the same source
location to the same target location.
OBSERVED RESULT
Dolphin will do the same operations at the same time, which might lead to
unrecoverable results.
EXPECTED RESULT
It will be better if Dolphin queue the same requested tasks instead of doing
multiple copying/moving operations at the same time.
