I believe having more than one folder under .config defeats the purpose. The
purpose being having the ability to backup/restore/delete KDE/Plasma config by
changing just one folder. This is even beneficial for developers, because if
users have an easy way to remove all settings, they can test cleanly a system
that may have otherwise been migrated for years.
