Context menu appears underneath the sidebar after right clicking History option
in the sidebar

Context menu that appears when right clicking on a page in the sidebar in
System Monitor is arranged underneath the sidebar.
# STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open system monitor through application menu or running plasma-systemmonitor
command
2. Right click on any page in the sidebar

Context menu appears under the sidebar
