STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Set up hotkey for decreasing the window opacity 2. Go on the desktop and don't have any windows opened or focused 3. Press the hotkey OBSERVED RESULT Notice the desktop wallpaper fading to black while its opacity gets decreased EXPECTED RESULT The desktop surface and its wallpaper should not be affected by the opacity hotkeys SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: Arch Linux (available in About System) KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.1 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.103.0 Qt Version: 5.15.8 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Kwin built from latest commit on the Plasma/5.27 branch (25cb7a8553) Using X11, Wayland not tested -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
