I can confirm this on Fedora 37 with plasma desktop 5.27.1 and plasma 5.103. On
systems using nvidia drivers the hang occurs but the keybaord/mouse is still
functional in the sense that ctrl+alt+backspace restarts X11 to new sddm login
screen. On systems not using
nvidia drivers (intel HD graphics on Lenovo laptop) the keyboard also dies and
only the mouse moves on a black screen. Hard power on/off is required to
restart.
