Other plasmoids are also affected by this, e.g. notification history.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open notification history (make sure there is at least 1 notification
present)
2. Clear notification history
3. Wait for or provoke another notification to be added to the history
4. Open notification history again
OBSERVED RESULT
"Clear notification history" button is hovered until the mouse enters the
plasmoid
EXPECTED RESULT
"Clear notification history" button is not hovered
