SUMMARY
It is not possible to use NeoChat after a system restart, if it was left open
on the previous one.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Restart the system with NeoChat open
2.  Switch to NeoChat after logging in

OBSERVED RESULT
NeoChat is stuck in the Loading screen, giving an error about access token not
being available in .freedesktop file something yadda yadda.

EXPECTED RESULT
NeoChat should load normally.
