SUMMARY
I have a multi-monitor setup: the laptop's screen is replicated by an external
monitor (both 1920x1080), above which is another monitor (2560x1440). When I
log out/restart/shutdown, the screen is not correctly placed and ends up having
two screens stacked on top of each other, with one visibly smaller.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use a multi-monitor setup with a vertical arrangement of screens
2. Try to log out/reboot/shutdown

OBSERVED RESULT
The log out screens from all the monitors appear stacked on just one.

EXPECTED RESULT
A log out screen is shown on each individual monitor.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux: KDE neon
KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.1
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.103.0
Qt Version: 5.15.8
