STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enter edit Mode of a Panel
2. Set a Panel to Floating mode
3. Set the Panel to Auto Hide
4. Let the Panel Automatically Hide
OBSERVED RESULT
There's a 1 Pixel white line on the Top of the Panel during around 70% of the
frames where the Fade effect Happens.
EXPECTED RESULT
Flush Movement of the Panel without the 1 Pixel Line on Top of the Panel
