I cannot reliably trigger this issue with Dolphin, pavucontrol, etc. When compositing is enabled, after snapping Chrome wants to use the shadow of the window instead of the real edge of the window. The shadow should be ignored in that scenario. Chrome renders shadow on its own (or just black border with compositing disabled). This has nothing to do with the KDE theme shadow setting. It is not affected by my current Chrome settings. Chrome run with configuration reset has the same issue. A new user account exhibits the same issue.
