Bug ID: 465733 Summary: HiDPI broken with Slack (electron) app with Plasma 5.27 Classification: I don't know Product: kde Version: unspecified Platform: Other OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: unassigned-b...@kde.org Reporter: tsengal...@gmail.com Target Milestone: --- In Plasma 5.26 Wayland, Slack would handle mixed DPI scenarios correctly launch with the correct scale for the monitor it was launched from. In 5.27, Slack defaults to *shrinking* to compensate for what plasma tells it the dpi should be, meaning it renders at 100% on the screen it was launched from, and if the screen it was launched from is higher dpi than another screen, then Slack is *smaller than 100%* on that screen. I'm not sure if this makes sense, but essentially, what was working fine in 5.26 is now broken in 5.27. I don't know if this is an issue with all electron apps, because Spotify still works the same as it did before. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
