So I just tested with 5.27.0, the performance regression persists:
"time konsole -e" returns:
With "SceneGraphBackend=opengl" in .config/kdeglobals:
real 0m0,072s
user 0m0,046s
sys 0m0,023s
Without "SceneGraphBackend=opengl" in .config/kdeglobals:
real 0m0,125s
user 0m0,065s
sys 0m0,048s
