Currently, the only way to set custom timer durations is through mouse wheels.
This makes it impossible to interact with a mouse. For example, I have a
touchpad, but scrolling on the touchpad changes the values drastically.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Try to set a timer duration with touchpad.
2.
3.

OBSERVED RESULT
It is very hard to control.

EXPECTED RESULT
We should have alternative ways to adjust the time duration.
