This feature doesn't exist in Skrooge.
I don't know of any other competing apps that have it.
I don't see how to make this functionality simply, generic and consistent for
the user.
Indeed, the percentage could be associated with each account but, when should
this percentage be taken into account? In each dashboard widget? In each
report? In each monthly report?
Seems really complex for a low value need.
Please give me your point of view.
