When you open Info Center window then select System Monitor page, you find a
description label with a button and the monitor is started in background, this
feels really weird and not well designed, it seems like system monitor cannot
be fully integrated and is being forced inside Info Center as an empty page and
at the same time you can launch Info Center from System Monitor Tools combo
box.
I'm not sure if I'm correct, but System Monitor as a concept seems to be more
general and should be the one including Info Center data and not the opposite.
