I can't reproduce it on my machines, neither here under Linux in a Windows 10 VM, nor on a real 4 CPU machine. I suspect a race condition depending on the speed of the computer. We know from bug 460570 that the images load but then face detection doesn't start. And yes, YOLO is face detection only.
