In Plasma 5.24, Dolphin could be set to ignore EXIF thumbnails embedded in JPEG
files. This changed at some point, not sure when, but now you can no longer do
that, so Dolphin will always show EXIF thumbnails when available. This can be a
problem because images saved online can have low quality or flipped EXIF
thumbnails.
