I can reproduce this with pristine user accounts under: * Kubuntu 22.10 + Plasma 5.27 Beta, Wayland * Neon unstable, Wayland To test it, it is sufficient to enable auto-hide on KDE's default bottom panel, suspend the machine, and wake it up again.
