SUMMARY
If panel configured to auto hide and you capture area screenshot, while you
move frame and it goes to screen edge, panel gets raised.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Make panel to auto hide
2. Launch spectacle and/or launch area capture
3. move frame somewhere around screen edge where your panel is
OBSERVED RESULT
Panel raises
EXPECTED RESULT
Panel stays sneaky and doesn't go on top of screenshot overlay
