Hi,
Thank you for adding all the report information, but what I actually need is
reproduction steps.
For example, is the following correct for you?:
1. Have image with layers.
2. Select move tool with tablet/mouse.
3. Use arrow keys, the current layer will not move.
4. Drag over canvas with tablet/mouse, layer will move.
5. Use arrow keys to move, they will now move the layer.
And is this correct for you as well?:
1. Have an image with multiple layers.
2. Draw a bit on a paint layer.
3. Switch to the move tool with the keyboard shortcut.
4. Use arrow keys to move, they will now work.
