SUMMARY
I'm having an issue to update my KDE Neon Testing install. I'm getting this
error:
E: Repository 'http://archive.neon.kde.org/testing jammy InRelease' changed its
'Label' value from 'KDE neon - Testing Edition' to 'KDE neon - Stable Edition'

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch Konsole.
2. Run sudo pkcon refresh
3. Run sudo pkcon update.
OBSERVED RESULT
Get a message error stating repo change label value from testing to stable and
won't update.
EXPECTED RESULT
System's updated without errors.
