            Bug ID: 369102
Summary: Creating panel on second monitor leads to mouse
                    freezing
           Product: plasmashell
           Version: 5.7.95
          Platform: Fedora RPMs
                OS: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: major
          Priority: NOR
         Component: Panel
          Assignee: plasma-b...@kde.org
          Reporter: mhrus...@redhat.com

If panel is created on second connected monitor, it leads to immediate freeze
of whole system, not only plasmashell. Mouse and keyboard become unresponsive
for many 0.5-2.0sec long periods.
Need to mention, that it only happen if I trying to add Default panel. Empty
panel is ok though.
Helps only killing plasmashell.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install KDE
2. connect second display
3. slightly change default panel(add new widget) on first display
4. try to create "Default" panel on second monitor

Actual Results:
Many freezes, system unresponsive

Expected Results:
Panel should be created

Same happens if system is powered-off with 2 displays connected and then turned
on with only one connected. Second panel jumps to first monitor and freezes.
