This is still valid.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open tree view
2. Mark a folder in tree
3. Drag the folder to another folder in folder tree
Result: Nothing happens
Expected result: Drop dialog should be offered (copy/move).
It was tested with gwenview 21.12.3.
