Without any established pattern, sometimes the floating panel does not deflate
and the plasmoids become irresponsive or boom completely.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start Plasma normally
2. Use it normally by opening, maximizing and minimizing windows.
3. The bug appears, but not always and not in every session, it's really
random and I can't always record my screen because sometimes it just doesn't
happen and sometimes it does.
OBSERVED RESULT
The panel does not deflate involving the stability of my system, which for some
reason feels notoriously buggy.
EXPECTED RESULT
The panel deflates, like 90% of the cases.
