STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Settings, check the touch mode

OBSERVED RESULT
No automatic activation for touch mode in 22.04. It worked in the Ubuntu 20.04
- based Neon. In the 22.04/5.26 , there is no way to enable the
deactivation/activation of the touch mode when an input device is
disconnected/connected. Can you please check this?

EXPECTED RESULT
Automatic touch mode activation works

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
PRETTY_NAME="KDE neon 5.26"
NAME="KDE neon"
VERSION_ID="22.04"
VERSION="5.26"
VERSION_CODENAME=jammy

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Neon is running at me on an x86 tablet device. Otherwise touch screen works
well, but the KDE touch mode can be only activated manually.
