SUMMARY
This happens when doing OBS Screen record in wayland, and happens in every
window. the symptoms is more like on this bug report
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=428499, this resulting OBS will see paused
window in its preview when the captured window is not focused
On Firefox to fix this problem is by set widget.wayland_vsync.enabled to false

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a window in example VLC, play a video (in virtual desktop 1)
2. Open OBS and Add Window Capture (in virtual desktop 2)
3. Select Window (select VLC)
4. Record
5. Switch virtual desktop 2 to lose focus window of VLC
6. and switch back to virtual desktop 1
6. the obs preview will see screen pause in VLC when switch to virtual desktop
2 while recording causing unable to record window while VLC in virtual desktop
1 window lose focus
OBSERVED RESULT
no paused when capture window lose focus in OBS
EXPECTED RESULT
window not refreshed on OBS when recording
