SUMMARY
You can login into the kde mobile but the desktop flashes and have lots of
bugs. I do not know how to describe it but it is a glaring regression.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Setup kde mobile plasma
2. Set appearance to kde mobile
3. shutdown the computer
4. Login the kde mobile lockscreen
OBSERVED RESULT
The shell behaves strangely. The desktop flashes to a black screen; however
krunner still works. Any focused window loses focus automatically. Using the
konsole is a little bit frustrating which can be migrated by using the tty.
I attached a journalctl -xe and downstream told me to report the bug here.
