Please watch the attached screen recording and observe how the panel becomes
translucent when you hold down the key combination "enable or disable browse
mode".
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set keyboard shortcut for "enable or disable browse mode".
2. Hold it for 10 seconds.
3. Observe how panel becomes translucent.
